Policy
Grievance Redressal Policy
Channels, escalation levels and handling standards for investor complaints.
Our commitment
The Firm will treat complaints fairly, maintain records and endeavour to resolve grievances promptly and transparently without charging the investor for lodging a complaint.
How to complain
Use the File a Complaint page on this website or write to the grievance contact shown in the footer and Investor Charter. Please provide your name, registered contact details, subscription/payment reference, relevant dates and a clear description with supporting documents.
Handling process
- The complaint is assigned a ticket/reference number.
- It is reviewed by the responsible team and escalated to compliance or a partner where required.
- Additional information may be requested from the investor.
- The Firm communicates its response and records the outcome.
The Firm endeavours to respond within seven working days and will follow any shorter or specific timeline prescribed by applicable regulation.
Escalation
If the grievance is not resolved satisfactorily, the investor may escalate it through:
- SEBI SCORES: https://scores.sebi.gov.in
- Smart ODR: https://smartodr.in
Investors should first provide the Firm a reasonable opportunity to resolve the grievance. The website publishes monthly complaint data as required.
No retaliation and confidentiality
Making a genuine complaint will not affect service rights. Information is shared only with personnel, service providers or authorities who need it for resolution or legal compliance.
This document is maintained by the Firm and may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Material client-facing changes will be communicated where required.
