1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, registering an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms, the MITC, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract.
• You must provide true, complete and current registration and KYC details, and keep your email address and mobile number updated at all times.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination without refund of the used period.

3. Nature of services

We provide research services only. We do not manage funds, hold client securities, execute trades or act as a portfolio manager or investment adviser. You must never transfer investment funds to us, and you must never permit us to execute trades on your behalf.

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

• All research reports, models, charts and site content are the proprietary intellectual property of Asan Research Analyst LLP.
• Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read the research for your own benefit and consumption.
• Reproduction, redistribution, resale, public posting, screen recording or sharing of reports — in whole or in part — is prohibited. Reports are watermarked and access is logged.

5. Subscription term and access

Your subscription grants access to research published during the subscription period. Reports published after your subscription ends are not accessible until you renew, and renewal does not retroactively grant access to reports published while your subscription was lapsed. Reports published during a period you paid for remain accessible to you.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are as displayed on the Pricing Plans page at the time of purchase and are payable through traceable banking channels only. Cash is not accepted. Fees for Individual and HUF clients, excluding accredited investors, are capped at ₹151,000 per annum per family across all our research services.

7. No assurance of returns

Investments in securities are subject to market risk. We give no guarantee or assurance of returns, profits, accuracy or risk-free outcomes. Past performance does not indicate future results. Any decision you take on the basis of our research is your own, and there is no recourse against us for losses incurred.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, credential sharing, redistribution of research, fraudulent payment activity, or where required by law or regulation. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of the period already used.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including trading losses.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office, without prejudice to your right to approach SEBI SCORES or the Smart ODR portal.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to your registered email address and published on this page with a revised effective date.
