Research Services Policy

How research is prepared, distributed and supported, including service boundaries and indicative timelines.

ASAN RESEARCH ANALYST LLP Effective: 07 October 2026

Purpose and scope

This policy explains how ASAN RESEARCH ANALYST LLP (the Firm) provides research services. The Firm provides research reports and recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations. It does not provide portfolio management, trade execution, custody, assured returns or account-handling services.

Research process

Research is prepared with due skill, care and diligence. Depending on the subject, the process may include review of exchange filings, financial statements, investor presentations, industry data, management commentary, valuation data and technical indicators. Material claims are checked against primary sources where reasonably available.

Distribution and access

Research is distributed without unfair discrimination among similarly placed subscribers. Access depends on the subscriber's plan, publication date and subscription period. The Firm may correct, update, suspend or withdraw a report when facts, market conditions or compliance considerations require it.

Indicative service timelines

  • Account and subscription access: after successful payment and completion of required system checks.
  • Research publication: according to the Firm's research calendar; no fixed number of recommendations is guaranteed unless expressly included in the subscribed plan.
  • Subscriber queries: normally answered within seven working days.
  • Grievances: acknowledged and handled under the Grievance Redressal Policy and applicable SEBI timelines.

Client responsibility

Clients must make independent investment decisions, assess suitability and risk, read the full report and disclosures, and consult appropriate tax, legal or investment professionals where necessary. The Firm cannot execute trades or receive client trading credentials, OTPs or funds other than disclosed research-service fees.

Regulatory basis

This policy should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Regulatory Disclosures & MITC, Investor Charter and applicable SEBI Research Analyst requirements.

This document is maintained by the Firm and may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Material client-facing changes will be communicated where required.
