Risk Disclosure & No Assured Returns Policy

Key market risks, limitations of research and the Firm’s prohibition on guaranteed-return claims.

ASAN RESEARCH ANALYST LLP Effective: 07 October 2026

Securities-market risk

Investment in securities markets is subject to market risk. Prices may be volatile and investors may lose part or all of the invested capital. Small-cap, mid-cap, SME, IPO, concentrated, leveraged, derivative and short-term strategies can involve higher liquidity, volatility and execution risk.

Research is not a guarantee

Research represents an analytical view based on information available at the relevant time. Forecasts, valuations, targets, stop-loss levels and scenarios are estimates, not promises. Actual events may differ materially because of company, sector, market, regulatory, economic, currency, interest-rate, liquidity or geopolitical factors.

No assured returns

The Firm does not offer assured, guaranteed, fixed or risk-free returns. SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment and NISM certification do not guarantee intermediary performance or investment returns. No employee, partner, agent or communication channel is authorised to promise returns.

No trade execution or credential sharing

The Firm does not execute trades for clients. Never share trading, demat or bank passwords, PINs, OTPs or remote-device access. Research-service fees must be paid only through disclosed official channels.

Suitability and diversification

Clients must consider their financial situation, objectives, risk capacity, time horizon, liquidity needs, tax position and portfolio concentration. A recommendation may not be suitable for every client. Independent professional advice should be obtained where required.

Past performance

Past performance, model results and historical outcomes do not indicate or guarantee future performance. Read the complete report, disclosures and source limitations before acting.

This document is maintained by the Firm and may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Material client-facing changes will be communicated where required.
